Overall amenities are good and the upkeep is good especially in the study room and workout room. The pool was just redone and is very nice. The maintenance is ok. It is a little slow. Glass was broken around the pool and forced the pool in the closed for days while the glass just sat there uncleaned for days. For actually apartments, maintenance normally takes a couple days to completely finish.

I love living in Nova Knoxville for the most part. I have a pool view and it’s great but really loud because of cars and if people are at the pool you can hear everything. It is pretty clean for the most part as well.

Love living here! Great location, great pool, and super nice to have a CVS right on the 1st floor. Great staff and is safe. The trash service is also really nice.

i loved living here, but the lady at the front desk told me i’d be able to renew whenever. that was not true and i ended up being to late and can’t live here next year like i really had wanted. not the most helpful service.
